Do you have access to my Instagram password?▼
No. We use an official Meta integration token that you can revoke anytime from Business Settings. We never receive or store your password.
Do you publish without my approval?▼
Never. Everything goes through your Telegram approval with one click before publishing. If you don't reply, the piece stays in queue until you do.
How long to get started?▼
24-48h from signature. We need a 45-60 min Zoom session for onboarding: brand kit, Meta permissions and initial setup.
What if I want to cancel?▼
Free cancellation anytime, no lock-in. You revoke Meta access and that's it. The one-time setup is not refundable.
Can I edit the generated text?▼
Today: if you don't like it, tap regenerate for a different version. Direct text editing from chat is coming in future versions.
Are the reels real AI-generated video?▼
Yes. We use Seedance by ByteDance, a state-of-the-art text-to-video model. 5 seconds, 720p vertical, ideal for Reels and memes. Not stock.
Will my feed look consistent?▼
Every post respects your tone and hashtags. For full visual consistency (same palette, same characters) we're adding an extra visual brand kit layer — coming for Pro clients in a future version. Today: tone and image-type consistency.
My business is small, is it worth it?▼
If you have 500+ active followers or you're actively growing, yes. If less, write us first and we'll check if it makes sense — sometimes it's better to wait until you have more community.
Is there a geographic limit?▼
We work with Instagram accounts in Spain, LATAM and US. Support in Spain peninsular hours.
Do posts look like other clients'?▼
No. Each Brand Kit personalizes the output. Same system, different aesthetics.
Can I see which posts are pending or published?▼
Yes. You get read-only access to an Airtable board with the full history of your account. Web dashboard coming soon.
What about insights / metrics?▼
Today: manual monthly email report with screenshots and key metrics (Pro plan only). Full automation lands in a future version.
